TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Payment methods
- I only accept Paypal (USD) via invoice, after the initial sketch approval.
- The full amount of the commission must be paid in advance.
- Refunds will not be granted unless I am unable to complete the commission.2. Production process
- The TaT for finishing the artwork can vary, taking between a few days to a month (depending on the queue status).
- The client will receive an initial draft for approval.
- Changes can be requested until the artwork is finalized. Changes requested after the artwork has been finalized will be subject to an additional fee.
- The final file will be delivered in PNG format with my signature, via e-mail.3. Copyright and Use
- The authorship of the artwork remains mine, and the client cannot claim it as their own.
- If the artwork is posted on any platform, credit to the artist is mandatory.
- Only digital files will be delivered; I do not print or send the artwork physically.
- If the client wishes to keep the artwork private (not published by me), an extra fee may apply. This does not apply to commissions for commercial use.
- The use of my art for NFTs is expressly forbidden.
- Commissions intended for any commercial use (branding, marketing, monetization, etc.) require prior negotiation and have different prices.By requesting a commission, you automatically accept these terms. Thank you for supporting my work!
